What are Live Whole Boxes?
Live Whole Boxes are monthly box subscriptions that offer female entrepreneurs personalized, fun and essential items that will provide them the self-care and pampering the need to take over the world!
What can I expect each month?
Each month we create a box filled with personalized self-care items, relaxation goodies and more, in addition to other products (such as beauty, health, fitness and de-stress) for girl bosses looking to regain balance for their lives.
When will I get my box?
We will ship out your Live Whole Box between the 15th and 20th of each month! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your box along its way! Typically United States members will receive their box within 3 to 7 days after we ship them out. International members typically will receive their box within 12 to 15 days after we ship them out. Once we send out your box, it is up to the postal service to reach you in a timely manner.
What are my subscription options?
We know boss ladies love to be in control — and we do, too! So we have created 4 different subscription options! You can choose a month-to-month subscription that will be automatically recurring at $52.00 and you can cancel at anytime! We also offer discounted subscription packages of 3, 6 or 12 months! These are either paid-in-full upfront or broken down into month to month payments. This way, it is affordable and accessible to all women!
What is your cancellation policy?
Three, six, or 12 month subscriptions cannot be canceled during the subscription period, and are nonrefundable. Month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled during the subscription period, but only after receipt of the first month’s box. If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription after receiving the first box, then please be sure to do so before the 5th of the month, otherwise you will be billed for the following month’s box. In order to cancel your subscription, simply send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, if you have used a promo code on a month-to-month subscription and cancel before your third box, you will be charged the price difference.
When will I be billed?
Since we ship between the 15th and 20th of each month, subscriptions that are ordered after the 5th of the current month will ship out between the 15th and 20th of the following month. Any subscriptions ordered before the 5th of the current month will be shipped out between the 15th and 20th of that same month. You will be charged on the 5th of every month.
All shipping address changes must be made the 14th of the month prior to shipment, to ensure your current month’s box will get to the correct location. We are not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address if the address was not updated before the cutoff date. Please email email@example.com to change any shipping address, or you can do so in your Account Settings.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE within the United States. Shipping is a flat rate of $25 to all International locations.
How can I order more of an item I received in a box?
We have a shop that features many of our popular items for purchase. If you don’t see the item you like there, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can set up a transaction just for you.
